I drove 3hrs to this dealer from NJ. I had a great experience. I got a great deal on both the used car I bought and the car I traded in. Kim from the Internet department set everything up and was a pleasure to deal with. Nate, the salesman, was straightforward and did everything he could to get what I wanted. None of the typical " let me check with my manager" bs. The car I wanted was out front and ready for a test drive, when I arrived. Frank (I think this is his name) in finance beat my own bank's offer, and got me a great warranty. Oh and the car, the car is fantastic. Best car purchase I've ever made. Zero buyer's remorse.
Premier Kia of Branford, CT - my first time visit. The facility was clean, gorgeous and everyone was smiling and friendly for starters. My customer service person was smart and efficient. He took the paperwork/laundry list of items to repair from my local Firestone dealer and had his Kia techs

Stay away from this sales rep - Nathan Glazewski , and this dealership! He comes off as a nice guy and an honest guy. Be aware. It’s the farthest from the truth. He misled us on a transaction which basically put $425 in his or the dealerships pocket, we were turning in a leased vehicle ( 2014 KIA) and leasing a 2017 Kia and was told we didn’t need to make the last payment on the 2014 vehicle that we we’re returning and put that pmt towards the 2017. We agreed to those terms, a month later I get a bill from Kia Finance looking for the payment that they promised they were going to take care of. We had contacted Nathan and the dealership several times and were repeatedly told they were going to resolve this. Long story short nine months later it was never taken care of, in turn we made the payment. I didn’t want it to tarnish my credit rating anymore . This dealership is a dishonest dealership. Once they get the sale of the car they could care less about you. Do not go here!, there are better Kia dealerships in the area.
Great place to buy or service a Kia. Had my Niro serviced there. What's nice is you drive into a garage, so if it's raining you don't get wet. They even pull your car into this garage when you pick it up so they can go over what they did to your car. People there are very nice.
I will gladly return to this location.
