I originally pulled into the lot accidentally to turn around and ended up buying the same day. It was first vehicle I've purchased and I could not be happier with it. The customer service was excellent, Precision Motor Cars has very knowledgeable, fair and HONEST staff. I have recommended friends and family here ever since my experience.
After visiting several other dealerships, we found the perfect truck at Precision Motors. We were lucky since it had just arrived the night before and it would not have lasted for very long. From the look of the truck, they carefully buy the used vehicles that they have on their lot. This is not your hard-sell dealer, it’s a relaxed atmosphere, and our dealings with them were great. They were fine with the fact that our mechanic came to look it over and checked out and fixed things that he questioned. Bill, the salesman, wears a lot of hats (or job responsibilities), and worked very hard to make this deal a success. He keeps in touch with the customer to be sure all necessary paperwork is in place to prevent delays. He is friendly and genuine and we would recommend him and Precision Motors to anyone looking for a good vehicle. We will definitely look there again should we need to make another purchase. Bill is a great salesman. I just wish they had checked the engine of the used car i bought because the mice lived in the air cleaner. Not a thorough check!!
Crooks, do not buy a foreign car from them. They have no idea how to repair them. Ripoff!
Probably the best car service I've ever experienced. Honest guys and the service is so friendly!! I called them on Wednesday, dropped my car off on Thursday and picked it up that afternoon. They are awesome and I will be going to them for everything!
