this place was amazing, the room was extremely clean, the breakfast that was cooked for us was on another level (seriously like professional cook status), and the Kelsey's were probably one of the nicest couples I have ever met. if you are going to stay in branford I highly recommend this property. you can have coffee on the porch overlooking the beautiful water as well :) A++++++
This is by far the best B&B I've ever been to. Located at the end of a quite road with an incredible view of the ocean. Sitting on the porch feels like you're miles away from the stress of the city, but in fact you're only 10 minutes from New Haven if you do want to have a night out. There are also several quaint cities nearby with shops and small restaurants. Breakfast at the B&B is amazing. They set you up on the porch overlooking the ocean and then serve you the best breakfast you'll ever have. A beautifully arranged fruit dish, then a homemade muffin, and finally the main dish. Plan for a late lunch because this breakfast will fill you up. The hosts are a lovely couple who are very welcoming and make you feel right at home. Highly recommended.
