Simple room, lamp bulbs didn't work, deadbolt in the door didn't work. Good enough for a "just need a bed" stay
Awful, owner walks around and watches you. Not to mention he lives there. Bugs in the room, stiff beds, smelled like smoke really bad. Stay away from here.
I chose to stay there because it had good reviews. It was mostly as expected - comfy bed, clean bathroom and room, but the refrigerator and freezer didn't work; fridge was on but not cold enough, freezer didn't have a door on it and didn't work at all. Also, the windows didn't lock, they just had wood blocks to keep it shut, and I could hear all the noise from people outside and large trucks on the very near interstate. Finally, I think next time I'd rather stay somewhere that has a full time lobby. Waiting for owners so I could check in and out was not very convenient. Overall, it was an acceptable stay for one night.
From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the customer service was outstanding! When we checked in we were upgraded to king room. The manager was so friendly and helpful. Room service cleaned while we were gone and came back to a clean fresh smelling room with new towels. It was super quiet and peaceful slept amazingly through the night with no disruptions. We will definitely be returning to this location!
This is an above average motel, clean & very comfortable. The best part, though, are the people! They treated us like family and we would absolutely stay here again. Good stuff!
