The dry cleaning is sent out to a third party. The third party ruined my Ralph Lauren comforter. $400 comforter. When I complained Lucy could care less. Terrible customer service and terrible attitudes in this place. Go somewhere else. They could care less if you're a customer or not.
I think Lucy's is terrific...terrific service and reasonable. I recommend her to all my friends.

They are amazing! I will never go anywhere else to get something tailored. Their work was excellent and I got my dress back in a timely manner. They were friendly and pressed my dress and the price was amazing! I will never go back to the bigger businesses for tailoring. Lucy's is family owned. For the price and service, you can't find anything better!!!
