You have to find the person to get signed or you'll be waiting a long time. It's a busy store and you don't feel welcomed when you arrive. Was lied to about charges and promotion,found out when I got my first bill and went back to store only to be told we can't help you and need to call customer service. I miss T-Mobile. Oh, store is clean, modern, and comfortable while you wait so 2 stars for that. But won't be back.

Lack of help, always a wait here mgmt does not seem to care. It's better in North Haven
Excellent customer service. Cordial and communal atmosphere. This place is easily accessible from the traffic with free parking space for customers. It also got a beautiful view when you’re inside. I’ll definitely come back.
