Way to expensive....clean tho
I really love how clean and safe this place is. I only needed a small area to store some things and it's great. I like the guys who work at the front - friendly and funny at times. I recommend my Branford friends to use this place.
Having been in the self storage industry for over 15 years this is by far the nicest and most secured self storage I have been in. They really did a great job with this property. The are very active in the community and I would recommend this facility to everyone in the area.
I am only giving a one star because it wouldn't allow me to give a zero!! I contacted Eric (he told me that he was the only male that worked here, so whenever I decided to come in if he wasn't here just identify the person I spoke to as such in case I forgot his name) at this facility about 3 weeks ago, to get pricing and he was extremely pleasant on the phone, and offered to match a Cube Smart price I had found on the web, it would've cost me approximately $139-$140 down given the second month was free and then $83 a month for the remainder of the year, when I came here today to purchase the unit, Eric was not here, but the young lady was able to reach him on his cell, and his demeanor with her was utterly rude, and he was yelling so loudly I could hear him thru the phone. Certainly not the young man I spoke with several weeks ago. Needless to say, he was adamant that he would absolutely not honor his previous offer. I highly recommend not doing business with this facility as long as he is the manager.
