"Ascended" to the Wendy's about three minutes before closing and the employees were probably the most friendly and entertaining I've ever had. I've never laughed so hard or enjoyed my drive through experience as much!
I come here at least once a week (Wendy’s Wednesday!) and I always go though the drive through. I have yet to come home and see that my order is all there. They always forget something! Today they forgot the ranch dressing for my nuggets, ketchup, and spoon for my frosty. Often they will forget to give straws with the drinks or forget drinks or burgers entirely. I have to now sit at the window and methodically go through my order to make sure everything is there. What’s weird is that it’s not just one absent minded server - they must have a manager who doesn’t enforce or care about diligence at the drive through. Good clean Wendy’s but be prepared to spend a few extra minutes going through every item on your order and making sure your condiments, straws, napkins, and spoons are all there.
I love the receptiveness here. Lauren was very polite and I'll certainly visit again. It's right behind Big Y in Branford. Consequently, you can pop in and grab a quick bite before or after your shopping visits. This place also have a great view. The manager was also a great guy, though I can't recall his name.

There fast, but cant get orders right, and they serverd me frys that was not fully cooked...
I went through the drive thru at 10 and the staff was friendly, but the girl giving us our order didint have her hair up. When I went to eat my burger there was a long hair inside it. I also love the natural lemonade, but when me and my kids went to drink it they were all watered down. Very dissaponting.
