They first told me my Rx wasn't covered by my insurance (but actually, it is) and that my deductible was "either $600 or $6000, I'm not sure, the woman had an accent" and neither number is correct. I showed them my true deductible, listed inside my insurance booklet, and they said "this doesn't make sense" then slowly recited the information in the book repeatedly, in a condescending manner, while a line formed behind me.

Never going back.

Transferring my prescription was super easy. There is never a line or a long wait. The prescription also goes toward your gas points!
