I've went here over 10 times in 3 years 7 out of 10 times I've paid for food I wasn't given and had to go back they are also ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFED I honestly feel bad for the people who work here usually I see one person working drive through and making food it's sad Taco Bell it might not be your biggest volume location or the store that makes the most money but your honestly painting yourself in a bad light with this location
There has never, in the history of food service, been a lazier and more ignorant staff than the ones who are employed by this location.
This is the worst Taco Bell. They are perpetually understaffed and the food takes forever. I go for fast food because I don't want to wait, if I'm going to wait, I might as well get real food.
Fire this entire staff, none of them are worthy of holding jobs.
this a normal good Taco Bell but they don't follow a lot of promotions that be on TV
I watched as my to go order was given to the wrong person. The person opened the bag went thru it enough to spill some of the lettuce and cheese onto the counter, took the bag to a table took the items out and put them back into the bag and then returned the bag to the counter and said this is not my order. The employees had a discussion and looked in and then sealed the bag and gave it to me. I refused and asked for the manager and a refund which i received along with an attitude. My recommendation is to stay away from this place.
I can’t think of a positive experience I’ve ever had here, but this one takes the cake. I order a cheesy bean and rice burrito, she reads it back to me “Frito and beef burrito” I correct her. So she then put the beef burrito I didn’t order on the menu board, I tell her that’s incorrect and not what I ordered, and explained that I do not eat beef. So she goes on to tell me “it’s okay, it’s the same price”. GUESS WHATS IN MY BAG?! THE BEEF BURRITO I DIDNT ORDER.
