The care by the dentist was good, but more expensive than those in my network of dentists.

3) Ask what is getting worked on, in English, no numbers.
The support / billing staff was almost impossible to reach by phone. Apparently this business has a lack of supporting administrative staff.
1)They only offer porcelain, silver is too cheap
